1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the kb66 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between kb66 and the user. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or verbal. kb66 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To create and maintain an active account on kb66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, or legal entities may not register personal accounts.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on kb66. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

kb66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall in no circumstances exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kb66's operating jurisdiction.
